- How to participate:
- Provide an accurate mobile phone number when you purchase your ticket in order to participate in the special offer
For online purchases, enter the mobile phone number in the “mobile number” field of the “Contact Person Information” screen at the time of purchase
For telephone purchases, provide an accurate mobile number to the customer service agent who assists in booking your ticket.
- How to receive and use the cash coupon:
- 1. The cash coupon voucher, in the form of a cash coupon code, will be sent via short message to the mobile number you provided at the time of purchase.
2. Log on to the Air China Online Shopping Mall and enter the cash coupon code to redeem the voucher and purchase gifts.
3. The cash coupon must be redeemed by December 31, 2012.
- Tips:
- 1. The cash coupon will be sent as an electronic code to the mobile number provided by the passenger one month after the completion of all flight segments (the original mobile number must be active and able to receive the short message). The original mobile number is required for re-verification before the cash coupons can be redeemed.
2. This offer cannot be combined with any other Air China special offers (except for mileage rewards).
3. In case of cabin upgrades, the cash coupon award will be determined according to the cabin class of the original ticket purchase.
4. Passengers who transfer to other airlines for personal reasons will be disqualified from the special offer.
