Tickets of the following four types that involves flight connection qualifies for free transit hotel services.

  • Domestic flight connecting to international/regional flight
  • International/regional flight connecting to domestic flight
  • International/regional flight connecting to international/regional flight
  • Domestic flight connecting to domestic flight

International/regional flight mentioned above include flights to and from Hong Kong China, Macau China and Taiwan China.

    Applicability:

    Transit hotel service does not apply to ticket, flight and passenger of the following types:

    • Ticket whose number does not begin with “999”
    • Code-share flight
    • Ticket for unaccompanied minor (UM)
    • Award ticket obtained by spending accrued Air China PhoenixMiles kilometers
    • Non-revenue passenger

    A useful tip:

    If you are on a night flight and you have reserved Air China'€™s transit hotel in Beijing, you are requested to head to Air China'€™s transit service counter facing Exit B on Floor 2 of Terminal 3. If the counter is closed after you arrive (after 02:00), you can call Air China'€™s sales service hotline + 86 10 95583 which is also shown on the counter signage, and Air China will arrange your pick-up by your transit hotel.
