  • Helpful tips

    1.After completing your payment, please pay attention whether the system has successfully issued your extra baggage ticket number, which is the only reference of successful purchase, and you will also receive an SMS notification from Air China.

    2.If there are any changes to your ticket number due to rescheduling or upgrades and you still require extra baggage, please rebook this service.

    3.extra baggage can be used only when checking baggage at the check-in counter, and cannot be accepted at the boarding gate. When you check in at the counter, please remind the staff member that you have booked extra baggage service, to avoid double charges.

    4.If you need to cancel your extra baggage, please apply for a refund through the original purchase channel before check-in. There is no penalty for refund of extra baggage service.But the extra baggage service cannot be refund based on part of the weight or part of the itinerary. Please buy on demand.

    5.If you have purchased extra baggage through Air China website and do not need it when checking baggage, please call 95583-1-5 after your flight to request a refund. Refunds are valid for up to 12 months after purchase.

    6.If you need service invoice, please call 95583-1-5 within 45 days after using the service.

  • Limitations

    1. Applicable tickets: Tickets with ticket numbers starting with "999".
    2. Applicable flights: Direct flights with CA codes and actually carried by Air China, code sharing flights are not applicable.
    3. Applicable cabin: Economy class.
    4. Purchase deadline: After purchasing the ticket, until the deadline for registering for the flight. The sales deadline for individual flights may be advanced. Please refer to the system prompt and staff notification at the time of actual purchase.
    5. Applicable passengers: adult and child passengers.
    6. According to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, if passengers choose emergency exit seats, they must be at least 15 years old and under 65 years old at the time of boarding, meet the relevant conditions, and be willing and able to fulfill their corresponding obligations. Please consult each purchasing channel for detailed requirements. For safety reasons, the backrest of some emergency exit seats may not be adjustable. Please purchase at your discretion.
    7.After check-in, economy class seat selection products cannot be purchased. If you need to purchase, please cancel check-in first.
    8. If you are a member of the Phoenix Zhiyin Platinum Card of Air China, you will enjoy the right to choose an economy class seat for free. Please choose a seat as soon as possible after purchasing the ticket. Product inventory is limited, first come, first served.
    9. If you need a product invoice, you can call 95583-1-5 within 45 days after using the product, or issue a product invoice by clicking on the "reimbursement voucher" on Air China Mobile.
    10. The prices and applicable routes of all economy class seat selection products are subject to the display at the time of purchase.
    11. You can apply to the staff to purchase economy class seat selection products when checking in at the airport.

  • Reminders

    1. Here, you have only selected a seat on board in advance, and you still need to check in before the flight takes off.
    2. Your seat number may be changed due to changes in flight, aircraft type, or airline safety or operational reasons. We will do our best to arrange other equally valuable seats for you; If you change to a lower value seat, you can apply for a refund from the original purchasing channel and apply for an electronic service compensation voucher that is equal to the value of the purchased seat (including passengers who purchase seats using mileage or vouchers).     3. The economy class seat selection product currently only supports single seat booking at a time. When the seat is changed, single seat adjustments will also be made.
    4. Economy class seat selection products will provide you with the opportunity to reserve seats in advance, and you can choose large space seats or front seats according to your own needs. However, due to airline safety and special service guarantees, not all economy class seats in the cabin are pre selected with advance payment. During the check-in process, some paid seats may be opened for other passengers to check in on their own. Please decide whether to pre select seats based on your actual situation.
    5.If you successfully purchase an emergency exit seat, you will not be able to check in through self-service channels and must go to the check-in counter to check in.
    6. If you have any questions during the process of purchasing or using economy class seat selection products, please pay attention to saving relevant information (such as system error screenshots, boarding passes or photos, etc.) and call 95583 for inquiries. Air China will assist you in verifying the specific situation as soon as possible and provide a solution.

    Regulations on Product Refunds and Changes
    1. Economy class seat selection service products are not allowed to be transferred.
    2. Economy class seat selection service products do not allow rescheduling or seat changes. If passengers have a need to reschedule their tickets, they must unsubscribe from the economy class seat selection service products they have purchased, change the ticket date, and then pay again to choose a seat.
    3. This product follows the principle of "where to purchase, where to unsubscribe". Unsubscribe will not be charged for the time being.
    4. Seat selection products can be refunded beyond 6 hours prior to flight departure. If check-in has already been processed, product unsubscription needs to be processed after canceling check-in. Products cannot be returned within 6 hours prior to flight departure unless there are special circumstances.
    5. Passengers can unsubscribe through the original purchasing channel or contact 95583 for consultation when unsubscribing within the time limit.
    6. Special circumstances that are not subject to the time limit for unsubscribing:
      1.Due to involuntary reasons such as airline model adjustments, passengers are unable to enjoy seats of equal or higher value, and seat selection products can be refunded.
      2.Passengers who purchase economy class seat selection services for related flight segment refunds or changes can have their seat selection products refunded.
      3.If a passenger purchases an emergency exit seat and is found at the check-in counter or cabin that does not meet the conditions for taking an emergency exit seat, it is necessary to arrange for a large space of equal value seats for the passenger as much as possible. If equal or higher value seats cannot be guaranteed, the seat selection product can be refunded.
      4.If passengers purchase higher value seat products such as paid upgrades, EXST additional seat occupancy, or CBBG luggage seat occupancy, seat selection products can be refunded.
      5.After purchasing the product, if the passenger successfully applies for a baby cradle and is finally arranged to the baby cradle position, the selected seat product can be refunded.
      6.After the departure time of the flight, if the passenger misses the flight and has not processed the ticket refund procedures, the seat selection fee cannot be refunded separately. If the ticket has been cancelled or rescheduled, the product can be refunded.
      7.If the passenger's description of the seat service bell being unable to be used, air conditioning port malfunction, lighting malfunction, entertainment equipment malfunction, seat backrest not being adjustable, seat damage, and unsanitary surroundings leading to unsatisfactory comfort, the selected seat product can be returned after verifying the passenger's description.
    7. If the passenger is unable to book a seat, but the airline arranges for the passenger to take a seat of equal value, higher value, or higher level, the seat selection product is non refundable.
    8. The refund period for economy class seat selection service products purchased after departure is within 90 days from the departure of the flight. If the booking is cancelled within 90 days or more, cash or mileage will be refunded to the passenger's member account using service compensation. If payment is made using seat selection vouchers, 100% of the seat value (in RMB CNY) will be refunded to the member account using service compensation.
    9. Passengers who use mileage payment and voluntarily unsubscribe from the product will have their mileage refunded according to the original validity period, and expired mileage will automatically expire and become invalid. Please understand and consider whether you need to book the product based on your own situation; When there is a change in the product due to airline reasons, the expired mileage will be extended for one month.

    1. Your flight must be a CA-coded flight operated by Air China with a ticket number starting with 999 for domestic routes.International and regional flights are currently not supported for processing.
    2. For domestic routes, reservations must be made 2–7 days before the flight's departure. (eg:For a flight on August 8, reservations must be completed between 0:00 on August 1st and 23:59 on August 6th.)
    3. To avoid food waste and promote green travel, we welcome you to experience meal reservation service as needed. If you choose skip meal option, Non PhoenixMiles members need to register as members before purchasing tickets, and bind the ticket purchase certificate information.If you successfully book a skip meal service and do not actually eat on board, you will receive miles reward.
    4. Meal selection is offered as a free service, meals will be offered depends on the distance and duration of the flight. For applicable flights, please refer to the information displayed on the system for your particular flight when you make the service inquiry.
    5. Each passenger can only make one meal reservation per flight.

    1.Only drinks will be served on the flight to passengers who have opted Skip Meal.
    2.Mileage awards will be credited to the passenger's PhoenixMiles account within five working days after departure.
    3.In case of flights being canceled or changed(Including voluntary and involuntary), the meal you have already booked may be canceled. If you have not already rebooked, or have been timed out, the in-flight meal served will be the actual catering provided.If you are unsuccessful in booking a skip meal service and temporarily abandon your meal on board, you will not be awarded meal abandonment miles.
    4.Due to force majeure factors such as public safety,the in-flight meal provided may differ from the meal you selected.
    5.For accurate delivery of in-flight meals, please take your seat according to your boarding pass seat number.

    3.For the luxury car transfer service available in the designated cities in China:The pick-up/drop-off service must be booked 4 hours prior to the service time agreed when placing the order.Bookings cannot be made after the flight has departed.

    4.After successful booking, you will receive a text message reminder containing a four digit code. Please save it and present it before boarding. After verification, you can enjoy the luxury car transfer service at the agreed time.

  • Notes

    1. How to book: You can book this service via the Air China app, the Air China Alipay/WeChat applet, the mobile website, or by calling the Air China Sales Service Hotline on 95583.
    2. Upon successful booking, you will receive an SMS notification containing a four-digit ride verification code. Please be careful to save the code and present it before boarding. After verification, you will be able to enjoy the Air China Luxury Car Transfer Service. You can also request to have the verification code text message re-sent through the original service booking channel (if you made the service booking yourself through Air China APP, you can request to have the verification code text message re-sent by using the "Resend verification code" function in the corresponding order details on Air China app; If you made the service booking by calling the Air China Sales Service Hotline on 95583, you will need to call 95583 again to obtain the verification code text message). During the actual service, the system may not be able to verify the verification code and it will have to be confirmed manually. If this happens, please inform the driver of the verification code and sign the service confirmation form. Your journey will not be affected. Thank you for your understanding!
    3. Reservations
    The airport transfer service must be booked 4 hours before the service time you agreed when placing an order, and cannot be booked after Flight Departure. The Drop-off service shall be booked earlier than flight departure, specifically, 12 to 2 hours before Flight Departure; The Pick-up service shall be booked no earlier than Flight Landing Time.
    For example, if you book a car service at 20:00, you need to complete the booking at least before 16:00.
    4. The luxury car transfer service is only provided for travel between the airport terminal and the designated pick-up/drop-off location. If you enter a region other than the specified region in the service address, your order will be considered invalid.
    5. When a passenger purchases a domestic ticket: The applicable routes are limited to domestic routes between cities where the service is available (includes cities marked for expansion). Other routes are not eligible under the product rules. When the departure and destination airports of a flight segment both offer luxury car transfer services, the luxury car transfer service may only be selected to the departure airport or from the destination airport. You cannot select both at the same time.
    Example 1: A passenger who purchases a class F ticket from Changsha to Beijing cannot book luxury car transfer services because they are not available in Changsha. The Changsha to Beijing segment is not eligible under the product rules.
    Example 2: A passenger purchasing a class F ticket from Shanghai to Beijing may select a luxury car transfer service to the airport in Shanghai or from the airport in Beijing, but may not select a luxury car transfer service both to the airport in Shanghai and from the airport in Beijing.
    6.When a passenger purchases a ticket for a domestic flight connecting to an international flight:
        6.1 If the layover time between the domestic flight and international flight is 6 hours or longer.
          6.1.1 When both the domestic and international segments comply with the product rules, the passenger may apply for a luxury car transfer service to the international segment. Passengers may also sign up for a luxury car transfer service to or from the airport for the domestic segment.
          Example: A passenger traveling from Shanghai to Frankfurt via Beijing, who has purchased a class F ticket for the entirety of the trip, and whose layover time in Beijing exceeds 6 hours. The Beijing to Frankfurt segment complies with the rules for the luxury car transfer service, so the passenger can sign up for the drop-off service in Beijing. The Shanghai to Beijing segment also complies with the rules for the luxury car transfer service, so the passenger can also sign up for either the drop-off service in Shanghai or the pickup service in Beijing.
          6.1.2 When both the domestic and international segments are under the "Latitude" brand, and the domestic segment meets all product rules except for cabin space, passengers can apply for international segment drop off services. At the same time, passengers can also apply for domestic segment pick-up or drop off services.
          Example: For passengers with the Shanghai Beijing Frankfurt "Latitude" brand and R class cabin on the Shanghai Beijing route, the transit time in Beijing exceeds 6 hours. The Beijing Frankfurt flight segment complies with the rules for two class luxury car shuttle service products, and passengers can apply for Beijing's drop off service; When all other conditions of the Shanghai Beijing flight segment meet the product rules except for the ticket space, passengers can also apply for Shanghai's drop off service or Beijing's pick-up service.
          6.1.3 When both domestic and international segments are under the brand of "Standard, Convenient, and Comfort" for two cabins, and all other conditions except for cabin space meet the product rules for the domestic segment, passengers can apply for international segment drop off services. At the same time, passengers can also apply for domestic segment pick-up or drop off services.
          For example, passengers with the "Comfort" brand on the Shanghai Beijing Frankfurt route and an R-class cabin on the Shanghai Beijing route have a transit time of more than 6 hours in Beijing.           Example: A passenger traveling from Shanghai to Frankfurt via Beijing, who has purchased a class D ticket for the entirety of the trip, and whose layover time in Beijing is 5 hours. The Beijing to Frankfurt flight segment complies with the product rules, and except for the ticket class, the Shanghai to Beijing segment also complies with the product rules. The passenger can sign up for a drop-off service in Shanghai.
    7. When a passenger purchases a ticket for an international flight connecting to a domestic flight:
        7.1 If the layover time between the international flight and the domestic flight is 6 hours or longer.
          7.1.1 When both the domestic and international segments comply with the product rules, the passenger may apply for a pick-up service for the international segment. Passengers may also sign up for a luxury car transfer service to or from the airport for the domestic segment.
          Example: A passenger traveling from Frankfurt to Shanghai via Beijing, who has purchased a class F ticket for the entirety of the trip, and whose layover time in Beijing exceeds 6 hours. The Frankfurt to Beijing segment complies with the rules for the luxury car transfer service, so the passenger can sign up for the pickup service in Beijing. The Beijing to Shanghai segment also complies with the rules for the luxury car transfer service, so the passenger can also sign up for either the pickup service in Shanghai or the drop-off service in Beijing.
          7.1.2 When both the international and domestic segments are under the "Latitude" brand, and the domestic segment meets all product rules except for cabin space, passengers can apply for international segment pick-up services. At the same time, passengers can also apply for domestic segment pick-up or drop off services.
          For example, passengers who travel on the Frankfurt Beijing Shanghai "Latitude" brand and have an R-class cabin on the Beijing Shanghai segment, and have a transit time in Beijing exceeding 6 hours. The Frankfurt Beijing flight segment complies with the rules for two class luxury car shuttle service products, and passengers can apply for airport pick-up services in Beijing; When all other conditions of the Beijing Shanghai flight segment meet the product rules except for the ticket space, passengers can also apply for Beijing's drop off service or Shanghai's pick-up service.
          7.1.3 When both the international and domestic segments are under the "Standard/Convenient/Comfor" brand, and the domestic segment meets all other conditions except for the cabin size, passengers can apply for international segment airport pick-up services. At the same time, passengers can also apply for domestic segment airport pick-up or drop off services.
          For example, passengers with a Frankfurt Beijing Shanghai "Comfort" brand flight and an R-class cabin on the Beijing Shanghai segment, with a transit time in Beijing exceeding 6 hours. The Frankfurt to Beijing flight segment complies with the product rules, and except for the ticket class, the Beijing to Shanghai segment also complies with the product rules. The passenger can sign up for a pick-up service in Shanghai.
    8.Transfers are only provided to destinations specified at the time of booking. If you request a pick-up or drop-off location that was not specified in the original booking, an extra charge will be applied. You must consult the service provider, agree to their fee schedule (for which the service provider reserves the right of interpretation), and pay at the point of use.

    9.The luxury car transfer services shall not overlap with free transit products (transit accommodation, transit lounge) or ground air intermodal products (air bus, air rail) to enjoy the service.
    10.Vehicle waiting limits:
          10.1 Domestic pickups: The maximum wait time is 90 minutes from the arranged pickup time.
          10.2 Domestic drop-offs: The maximum wait time is 60 minutes from the arranged pickup time.
          10.3 International pickups: The maximum wait time is 180 minutes from the arranged pickup time.
          10.4 International drop-offs: The maximum wait time is 60 minutes from the arranged pickup time.
          10.5 If the maximum waiting time is exceeded, the customer will be deemed to have used the service, and they will be unable to reserve the service again for that segment.
    11.This service is not available for passengers who are travelling with infants or young children.
    12.Due to system constraints, customers cannot reserve luxury car transfers through the Air China APP after check-in. Customers who have already checked in should call the service and sales hotline (95583) to make a reservation.
    13.Passengers that reserve the luxury car transfer service must consider road conditions and airport processing times when arranging the departure times for pick-up and drop-off.If the passenger requests a later transfer departure time, or the transfer departure time is delayed due to the passenger, the passenger will be held responsible if they miss their flight.
    14.Reservation period:
          To the airport: scheduled flight departure times (local time in cities where the service is available) from now until December 31, 2025.

    15.Models available for the service: Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Mercedes-Benz EQE (currently available in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi'an, Wuhan the EQE will be added for other cities with this service in the future), Hongqi H9 (currently only available as a pilot in Beijing, Wuhan, Changchun and Guangzhou, the Hongqi H9 will be added for other cities with this service in the future).
    16.Baggage instructions (for reference only): The Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the Hongqi H9 can carry two 28″ suitcases. The Mercedes-Benz EQE can carry one 28″ suitcase and one 26″ suitcase.

    18.If you have already booked a luxury car transfer service, please pay attention to your flight information and follow the instructions in case your flight is delayed, canceled or changed:
          18.1 If you learn of any changes to the flight information more than 4 hours in advance, you can cancel the original order and rebook the service by logging into the Air China mobile app or by calling the Air China Sales Service Hotline on 95583.
          18.2 If you learn of any changes to the flight information and original scheduled service time less than 4 hours in advance, please call the Air China Sales Service Hotline on 95583 as soon as possible to confirm the vehicle details.
    19.If your flight ticket is refunded, the First/Business Class airport transfer will also be canceled. If you purchase a new flight ticket, please re-book your First/Business Class airport transfer.
    20.Luxury car transfers may only be used by customers who comply with the product rules.
