Notice Regarding Requirements for Entry into Sweden

Dear passengers,

As announced by the relevant authorities in Sweden, from February 6, 2021 until March 31, 2021 (local time), all foreign (Except Swedish residents) passengers who are eligible for entry into Sweden and aged 18 or older on the day of their flight are required, when taking an Air China flight (scheduled or unscheduled) to Sweden, to present a valid COVID-19 negative certificate from a nucleic-acid test which meets the following requirements:

    (I) The nucleic acid test must be a nucleic acid test for COVID-19. The test method must be PCR and the test result must be negative.

(II) The nucleic acid test certificate must include the name of the person tested, the time of testing and the name of the testing agency.

(III) The nucleic acid test certificate cannot be issued more than 48 hours before the flight's scheduled arrival time.

(IV) The certificate must be in English, and will not be accepted in Chinese only. It may be in electronic or paper form.

To avoid disruption to your journey, you must have the relevant documents and materials ready in advance, and ensure their authenticity and validity. Any losses such as not being allowed to board the plane or enter Sweden due to the provided documents not meeting the above requirements shall be the responsibility of the passenger. Moreover, passengers should also compensate Air China for all expenses incurred.
