Notice on Temporary Adjustment of the Contact Information of Some Service Languages of Air China's European Call Center

Dear passengers:

 From 01.Jan. 2022, the service hotline +80086100999 of the European call center will provide Chinese and English services. The service time is from Monday to Sunday 06:00-22:00 (Greenwich Mean Time).

All the other European languages such as German, French, Russian, Spanish and Italian will be provided by email, and service time (local time) is as follows:
