Notice on Suspending Live Animal Check in Services on Air China’s Flights Airriving at and Departing from Auckland Airport

Dear passengers,

According to the relevant requirements of the New Zealand government, from now on, except for the service dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs) taken by passengers with disabilities into the cabin, transportation of live animal services Air China flights arriving at and departing from Auckland Airport is suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
