Lithium battery

 



Lithium ion batteries accepted for carriage.


You may bring laptop computer、cell phone、camera or other portable electronic devices containing lithium batteries not exceeding a watt-hour rating of 100Wh as carry-on baggages and spare batteries on board a passenger aircraft.

Lithium ion batteries restricted for carriage.


With the approval of the operator,lithium batteries exceeding a watt-hour rating of 100Wh but not exceeding 160WH May be carried.No more than two spare batteries can be carried by per passenger.Do not check in luggage

 

Lithium ion batteries forbidden for carriage.


Lithium batteries exceeding 160Wh are forbidden to be carried or checked in luggage.

 

 

 

Precautions for lithium ion batteries.


Spare batteries must be individually protected so as to prevent short circuits(by placement in original retail packaging or by otherwise insulating terminals,e.g.by taping over exposed terminals or placing each battery in a separate plastic bag or protective pouch)

 

Severe consequences from illegal carriage of lithium ion batteries.


Illegal carrying of lithium batteries will be harmful to personal and property safety.Serious consequences will be subject to legal penalty.

Mobile power supply (Charge Pal): It is regarded as spare lithium battery and can only be carried in hand baggage. A 100WH-160WH mobile power supply (Charge Pal) can be carried in hand baggage subject to the approval of the carrier, but during flight it is forbidden to use it to charge any electronic devices. A mobile power supply (Charge Pal) with a switch must be in the OFF mode during flight. Any 160WH-plus mobile power supply (Charge Pal) is prohibited from carriage both in hand baggage or in checked baggage.
